All our customers have full access to our Support Portal.
You need to log in with your Vigeowebsite Account in our Support Portal if you want to open tickets to all departments in addition to the Sales Department.

To access our Support Portal

  1. Go to Support Portal.
  2. Click on Login button
  3. Enter the email address (Username) and Password you registered with us at the time of your purchase. It is the same email and password that you use to access your Client Area.

Login is required to

  • Add Feedback.
  • View all tickets associated with your account.
  • Community Threads
When you log in to our Support Portal, whenever you open a ticket, the Email and Name fields will automatically be filled in.
If you do not log in to our Support Portal you can only open tickets to the Sales Department. Generally, as an active customer, you usually open tickets to the Support Department and participate in the Community, for which you must first log in.
Please note that if you open a ticket to the Sales Department that actually corresponds to the Support Department or another, we will proceed to transfer the ticket to the Support Department or to the corresponding one and you must log in to see the ticket and follow it up.
