How to send us your custom files

Safety and quality control is very important in Vigeowebsite.
 
Our staff will always be happy to receive your custom files and if what you send us passes our evaluations, we will gladly install it for you.
 

Pre-requirements

 
  1. Check that what you want to send us meets all the requirements.
  2. Package content in one or more .zip files.
 

Process to send us your custom files

 
  1. Go to our Support Portal and Login.
  2. Click on Tickets, then on My Tickets click on the Start Ticket button.
  3. In New Ticket for Department choose Support Department and click the Continue button.
  4. Fill out all required fields on the form:
    • Category - Choose Website.
    • Subject - Enter Custom Files.
    • Message Body - Enter your request specifications you consider necessary.
  5. Attachments - Attach your .zip files.
 
After evaluating your request, the Support Department will respond to your ticket.
