- Check that what you want to send us meets all the requirements.
- Package content in one or more .zip files.
Process to send us your custom files
- Go to our Support Portal and Login.
- Click on Tickets, then on My Tickets click on the Start Ticket button.
- In New Ticket for Department choose Support Department and click the Continue button.
- Fill out all required fields on the form:
- Category - Choose Website.
- Subject - Enter Custom Files.
- Message Body - Enter your request specifications you consider necessary.
- Attachments - Attach your .zip files.
After evaluating your request, the Support Department will respond to your ticket.
