Purchase Process

1. After clicking on the link provided, follow the instructions on each page.
2. In Review & Checkout page, check your Product/Options and verify that the Unlock Code (Promo Code) has been applied then click the Checkout button.

Important Actions Post-Payment

1. Confirm Your Registration - As our new client you will receive an email to Confirm Your Registration. It is important for security reasons to confirm your email, follow the instructions in the message we sent you. Check your spam folder if it's missing.
2. ICANN Verification - If during the process of purchasing your Startup Plan you have registered a new domain with us, you will receive an email to verify your domain. To complete this verification click on the link to verify your email address. It is important that you do not forget to perform this verification. If you did not verify the domain and your domain has been temporarily suspended see You have reached a domain that is pending ICANN verification.

Activation Process

1. You will receive an email stating that Your Vigeowebsite Account Starts to be Configured. Check your spam folder if it's missing. See How long does it take to activate my account?
2. After a maximum period of 24 hours you will receive a second email stating that Your Vigeowebsite Account Configured, this email contains all the information you will need in order to begin using your account. Check your spam folder if it's missing.
3. Your Startup Plan includes our Website Build Service, we build your website, you do not have to do anything! Then, within minutes of receiving the second email you will receive another email confirming the activation of the Website Build Service. Please follow the instructions in this email so that we can begin to build your new website.
