Yes, you can do it very easily!

 

In Home > Footer in the field Form Message you must enter the message you want to appear in the link that will be added to the footer of your website. On this link your clients will click to upload the pdf from a form that has already preloaded on your website.

 

How I mentioned the process is very simple. 

 

You also have the possibility of adding personalized images to the form, so that your clients can better identify what it is about. This option can be found in Settings > Form Images. To activate a collection of images, you only need to select the name of the collection from its active configuration in the Collection Name field.

 

After your clients send you the pdf, you can manage it directly from your Dashboard, where you can preview, download or print the pdf depending on your needs.
