Q02. Are there any hidden fees?

No, all our rates are in sight. When you purchase any of our plans you only pay the fee you selected in the corresponding period (monthly, semi-annual or annual).

 

At the moment of selecting your plan you can also notice that we offer totally free only during the first year three services: Domain Name, Dedicated IP and SSL-SD Certificate. These services will be invoiced annually from the second year, costs are clearly specified when you place your order and are the same for each plan.

 

 

If your service was suspended and your account was delayed between 10 and 15 days in payment, this delayed generates a one-time fee of $10.00 per reactivation. But you should not worry about this if you pay your bills on time.
