Filter Internal Traffic

First perform Set up Google Analytics
Go to Google Analytics
Sign in to your account
Click Admin at the end of the left panel
Select Account
Click on All filters
Select option 2 Exclude internal traffic and follow the instructions as below:
Click the Add Filter button
Enter a Filter Name
Select Custom for Filter Type
Click on Exclude:
1. Filter Field: IP address
2. Filter Pattern: xx\.xx\.xx\.xx (where xx.xx.xx.xx represents the IP address you want to exclude from traffic)
3. Apply Filter to Views: Add to the selected views, the available views to which you want to apply the filter
Click Save
